 shops are participatory and we will invite you to 
 engage in several ways: video on (when possible an
 d comfortable)\, interacting with a shared slide d
 eck\, using reactions\, and answering or asking qu
 estions in chat or aloud.</p>\n \n <p>Zoom automat
